The consulting and design arm of the Taos Design Build companies, RCA provides a broad range of services aimed at ensuring a highly successful, cost effective project, before the first permit is pulled or footing prepared. We help you assess whether or not your project is realizable. For example, is the land you’ve found suitable for the project you have in mind? Is there an optimal location on the land to build to optimize both budget and function? We can work with your architect, help you find one, or create a design in-house for you. And we can help you understand the true cost of your project before implementation ever begins.
